Delivery

To ensure freshness and safe-handling, all orders placed here are cut to order. It’s also important to consider the following:

n	Provide your daytime telephone and an email so that we can contact you to arrange delivery times and dates. Your information is not shared and is kept in the utmost privacy.

n	Some orders may take 1-2 days from the time of order to the time of delivery. We’re an old fashion butcher shop. There are some items that aren’t pre-cut.

n	Be there at delivery. Arizona is known for it’s high temperatures. Although we deliver our meats in refrigerated vans to ensure freshness and safe-handling, it’s extremely important that you are at the place of delivery and at the agreed upon time.

n	Deliveries are free or at a nominal charge (depending on your order). However, after two missed deliveries, you will be charged a delivery fee of $10. Or you may pick up your order at the store at no charge.

n	We will NOT at any time, leave your order at the door.

Bundle Orders

n	Because of the volume of meats in each Bundle Packs, and the personal custom packaging, Bundle orders may take 2-4 days to process from the time of order, and 1 day to deliver.

n	Finest Fast Pack, Corn Fed Fast Pack, and Griller Fast Pack will take 1 day to process and 1 day to deliver.

n	All Bundle Orders are double-wrapped in freezer paper so that they can be stored in the freezer for longer periods.

n	All Bundle Orders are custom cut and packaged by an experienced Butcher, and then flash-frozen to ensure freshness and prevent freezer burn.

n	This is a hands-on process. A single butcher is assigned to process each order and to ensure completeness. An inventory list will be provided. It’s recommended you check the list prior to the delivery person leaving.

Out-of-State or Out-of-Maricopa County Orders

n	For out-of-state meat orders, your order will be cancelled and refunded. We do not ship meats outside of Arizona. If orders are for spices, shipping charges will apply.

n	For orders outside of Maricopa County (i.e., Pinal County), shipping charges will apply to all orders.

We are an Arizona corporation. We do not sell our meats door-to-door nor do we hire contractors to do so. Additionally, we do not ship out-of-state. For orders placed outside of Maricopa County, a nominal shipping fee will be charged. We will contact you with that cost once we receive your order. We do reserve the right to not accept orders outside of Maricopa County. For orders outside of Arizona, your orders will be automatically canceled and refunded.
